To ALL our valued customers,

I am aware that many of you have experienced delays in receiving existing orders or getting through to us by email and phone.

We recently implemented new system changes which led to problems with some orders placed in mid June. Current orders ARE NOT affected.

We've been contacting all those with affected orders to personally bring them up to date and offer them support ... together with a little something by way of thanks.

We appreciate your faith in us – and your patience – over our recent troubles. We're now doing all we can to provide you with an even more enjoyable shopping experience.
